Deputy chief minister G Parameshwara was in the eye of a storm as he allegedly instructed his officials to issue a notice to a shopkeeper who had hoisted a BJP flag at his shop in Tovinakere, Koratagere Taluk, Tumakuru.
It is said the deputy chief minister was present in the area to attend a meet when he passed by a grocery shop owned by KV Ravi.
