Arunachal Pradesh pays tribute to martyred CRPF personnel

Arunachal Pradesh Saturday paid glowing tributes to the 42 martyred CRPF jawans, who were killed on Thursday during a Pakistan-sponsored Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) attack at Pulwama in south Kashmir.
People from various walks of life raised strong protests ovr the dastardly attack by holding procession, lighting candles and demanding befitting actions against Pakistan for sponsoring Thursday’s attack on a CRPF convoy.
The ranks and file of opposition Congress led by Arunachal Pradesh congress Committee (APCC) president Takam Sanjoy, AICC secretary (NE in-charge) Zenith Sangma, Congress Legislature Party (CLP) leader Takam Pario and MLA Markio Tado along with hundreds of leaders from across the State prayed for eternal peace of departed souls.
The mourners, included former ministers Atum Welly and Tatar Kipa. The party leaders and workers observed a minute’s silence at Rajib Gandhi Bhawan here to pay their tributes to all departed souls. Reports of protests have been pouring in from across the State.
