Inhuman behaviour- 90-years-old jail inmate tied to chains on a hospital bed for treatment in UP

At a time when the country is facing the second wave of the Corona epidemic, shocking news has come out of Etah in Uttar Pradesh.
A 90-year-old jail prisoner here had trouble in breathing, after which he was admitted to a local hospital.
But the prison administration, while behaving inhumanely, kept the prisoner tied to the bed on a chain during treatment.
This was done in fear of the prisoner's escape, but such inhuman behavior with the prisoner of 90 years has raised serious questions.
