Mamata Banerjee to take oath as the CM of West Bengal at Raj Bhavan today

TMC chief Mamata Banerjee will take an oath as Chief Minister of West Bengal at Raj Bhavan today.
The swearing-in ceremony will be very simplistic due to the COVID-19 epidemic. A government official gave this information.
The official said that that the invitation to the program has been sent to former West Bengal CM Buddhadeb Bhattacharya, Leader of the outgoing House, Abdul Mannan, and senior CPI (M) leader Biman Bose.
The official said that in view of the current circumstances of the Covid-19, CMs of other states and leaders of other political parties have not been invited to the ceremony.
The official said that BCCI President Sourav Ganguly has also been invited for the swearing-in ceremony.
