UP Panchayat election: SP changes political wings as BJP loses in Ayodhya-Mathura-Kashi
The BJP has suffered a major setback in the UP Panchayat elections. From Ayodhya to Mathura and Kashi, the SP has defeated the BJP all over the state.
These three districts of UP have been included in the agenda of the Yogi Adityanath govt and the govt has been very kind to these districts in the last four years.
The crushing defeat found in Ayodhya-Mathura-Kashi is giving a big political message. On Monday, the BJP has claimed that the party will be at number one after winning maximum seats in the UP Panchayat elections.
In the Ayodhya district, there are 40 seats of the total Zilla Panchayat member, out of which the Samajwadi Party claimed to win 24 seats.
It has been said that BJP has got only 6 seats here, independents have won 12 seats. BJP has claimed that independents are with them. In this way, there will be tremendous infighting between the SP and the BJP over the chair of the District Panchayat President.
