Mamata Banerjee questions PM Modi, says, sent 2.5 lakh names for Centre's farm scheme

PM Modi has slammed the TMC for not implemented central schemes in the state.
To this, CM Mamata Banerjee told the Assembly that her govt has sent 2.5 lakh names of farmers to the Centre, who are eligible for benefits under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.
She asked, "Why the Union govt has not paid any cash benefit to the beneficiaries as yet?"
She further added that her govt would drift 19 industrial projects in West Bengal, which requires an investment of Rs 72,200 crore.
Mamata said that the benefits of the central scheme should be made available to the sharecroppers, irrespective of their landholdings.
