Farmers' Protest: Rakesh Tikait calls for tractor revolution, says, next target is 40 lakh
Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait called on farmers to join the tractor revolution to protest against the Centre's farm laws on the Delhi borders.
Tikait, on the Ghazipur border, talked to the farming community, who are angry about NGT's ban on diesel vehicles, including tractors that are 10 years old.
He said that now the tractors which used to run in the farms will run at the NGT's office in Delhi.
Tikait said that lately, 20,000 tractors were in Delhi and the next target is taking that number to 40 lakh.
He further called on tractor owners to attach their vehicles with the tractor revolution.
