Hathras case trial might shift out of UP

The Supreme Court has several pleas and PILs requestion to transfer the trial of the case to the national capital and probe under the court's monitor.
Today is the hearing regarding the transfer of the trial of the case. The PILs and plea stated that a fair and clear probe will not be possible in Uttar Pradesh.
A bench of the court consists of Chief Justice S A Bobde, Justice A S Bopanna and Justice Ramasubramanian will hear and give a decision about the matter.
UP govt had made a Special Investigation Team who conducted probe and was supposed to submit their report within a week to govt.
Although, even after the probe had completed, the date of submission of the report got extended. And SIT got media when the wife of one SIT member committed suicide.
