Telangana Congress working president A. Revanth Reddy has ridiculed the claims of TRS working president K.T. Rama Rao of being ignorant of Globarena Technologies, in the light of controversy over Intermediate results, and reminded that the contract to the firm was given when Mr. Rama Rao was the IT Minister.
At a press conference here, Mr. Reddy alleged that the data of 10 lakh students was shared with a private company and the proprietors are close to KTR. In fact, Globarena and Magnetic Infotech, which handled results earlier are owned by the same people and everyone knows their acquaintance with the TRS working president, he claimed.
He also alleged that Magnetic Infotech had a role in the EAMCET paper leakage in 2016. No case was registered against them and in fact the entire investigation is now in the cold storage, he alleged.
Two suspects in the leakage have also died under suspicious circumstances and the investigation is heading nowhere.
