If you have will, you don't need slogans, says Shatrughan Sinha

Taking a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress leader and former Union minister Shatrughan Sinha  said you don't need slogans if you have the will to implement promises. Sinha was addressing an election rally in Vadodara.
"When I was the Union Health Minister, I found that AIIMS, New Delhi, was over-crowded and 80 per cent patients were from other states. I proposed to then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee that we needed more AIIMS. Soon, a decision was taken to set up six new AIIMS. We made it possible," he said targeting PM's slogan that 'Modi Hai To Mumkeen Hai'.
