MNS accuses CM Devendra Fadnavis of stalling rallies of Raj Thackeray

The Maharashtra Navanirman Sena (MNS) has accused Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis of stalling the rallies of their chief, Raj Thackeray. Fadnavis has assembled a group of legal luminaries to find a way to stop Raj from holding his rallies, the MNS has alleged. They also claim the government is also trying to deprive him of his voting rights.
In the last few weeks, the Congress-Nationalist Congress Party alliance has garnered popular support mainly due to Raj’s blistering oratory, which has appealed to the public across all age groups. Thus far, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) seemed to be cruising comfortably on its poll drive until rabble-rouser Raj appeared on the scene and began derailing it.
