The people of Kerala would give a fitting reply to the Bharatiya Janata Party’s bid to gain roots in the State through sheer rhetoric and demagogy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other leaders, says CPI national secretariat member D. Raja.
Mr.Raja who was here on Friday as part of the Left Democratic Front campaigning, told The Hindu that the repeated visits of Mr. Modi and BJP president Amit Shah to the State was proof of their desperation.
“These leaders can never conjure the imagination of the people of Kerala through such gimmicks,” Mr.Raja said.
