Soon after BJD supremo and Odisha CM Naveen mocked the BJP over chief ministerial candidate, saffron party’s Odisha in-charge Arun Singh hit back saying that, “An Odia speaking person will be party’s CM candidate in Odisha.”
“BJP president Amit Shah had categorically said that an Odia speaking person would be the CM candidate in Odisha,” said Singh.
Singh further stated that Odisha CM is posing such questions as he fears to lose the Odisha battle this time.
“Out of fear, Naveen Patnaik for the first time is contesting from two Assembly constituencies. BJP’s parliamentary board takes a decision on who will be the chief ministerial candidate. BJP has won with thumping majority in several States without projecting its CM candidate,” Singh asserted.
