
Farmers' Protest: Farmer-Labour Marathon organized in memory of Milkha Singh, Tikait said - 'Flying Sikh was a big player'
- Farmers' agitation continues on Delhi borders against three agricultural laws. It has been over 7 months since the protest started.
- The Kisan United Front organized a Kisan Mazdoor Marathon in memory of Flying Sikh Milkha Singh at the UP Gate Kisan Andolan site.
- Running from the platform of the movement site, the farmers came out from under the UP Gate flyover and returned to the platform via Delhi-Meerut Expressway.
- BKU leader Rakesh Tikait said, "Milkha Singh was a big player, so today we are running in his memory. This race will send a message to his family that he is remembered even today."
- Tikait, Kisan Andolan Committee spokesperson Jagtar Singh Bajwa and all the office bearers participated in the Kisan Mazdoor Marathon.
