Deep Sidhu was from BJP, then why is SAD taking interest in his release?, asks Twitter users

Amid slogans of 'Raj Karega Khalsa' at the R-Day tractor rally, the one who handed over a Kesri flag to a man to hoist on the ramparts of the Red Fort, was none other than Deep Sidhu.
After this, Sidhu was arrested. But, in a new development, SAD leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa shared that he had been in touch with him.
Sirsa also had a telephonic conversation with Deep Sidhu after which he tweeted, "Many people have called me to ask about #DeepSidhu I wish to update you all that he is perfectly fine, health-wise."
He further added, "I have assured him that DSGMC will provide all legal assistance & will ensure that he is out of jail soon."
Twitter users opposed this move, by saying, "But Deep Sidhu was from BJP and a friend of Sunny Deol, then why is @officeofssbadal's chamchas taking interest in his release."
