Now, Pune had already extended its night curfew till March 14. But, another major announcement was made amid rising COVID cases.
In the major development, schools, colleges, coaching classes, and other educational institutions in Pune have been shut down till March 14.
This came as the city is witnessing 1,000 new coronavirus cases per day since February 24.
Apart from that, there will be no public movement in the city between 11 pm and 6 am, but the essential services will not be affected.
