Will Do Everything to Bring Elephant Killers to Justice: Kerala CM
- Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan tweeted about the brutal killing of a pregnant elephant and said that the strict actions will be taken against the culprits.
- Vijayan tweeted, "An investigation is underway, focusing on 3 suspects. The police and forest departments will jointly investigate the incident."
- "The district police chief and the district forest officer visited the site today. We will do everything possible to bring the culprits to justice," he added.
- In another tweet, CM said, "Many of you have reached out to us. We want to assure you that your concerns will not go in vain. Justice will prevail."
- Earlier in the day Union Minister Prakash Javadekar said that the center has taken note of the elephant killing and assured the culprits will be punished.
