- Earlier, BJP leader Narottam Mishra called Scindia a big leader and also offered an invitation to join the party.
- According to BJP sources, about 20 rebel MLAs of Congress are preparing to submit their resignations to the Speaker.
- The BJP is confident that after the resignation, the current government will come in a minority, after which Shivraj will stake claim to form the government.
