Kamal Nath government rests on a modest majority
- Just before the Rajya Sabha election to be held on March 26, the rebel attitude of the MLAs has warmed up the politics of the state.
- 17 Congress MLAs, who are believed to be supporters of Jyotiraditya Scindia, reached Bangalore from the charter plane, which includes 6 ministers of the Kamal Nath government.
- At the same time, Kamal Nath said in the cabinet meeting, I will not let anyone with the help of the mafia bring down my government. But BJP is adopting unethical tactics to topple my government.
- 20 ministers of Madhya Pradesh cabinet submitted their resignations to Kamal Nath. It is believed that the MLAs who are angry with Kamal Nath will be given a place in the new cabinet.
- If Jyotiraditya does not agree, Congress may issue a whip. After which pro-Scindia MLAs can be disqualified. It happens that the Congress will have to prove its majority with 105 MLAs.
