Mumbai Police Refuses Azad To Protest Against CAA-NRC
- Chandrashekhar Azad, the Bhim Army Chief, has been taking part in several movements against the CAA and NRC.
- Azad was going to perform on 21st February at Azad Maidan in Mumbai.
- But Mumbai Police has refused to allow Azad to protest, citing law and order.
- On Sunday, Chandrasekhar led a 'Save Reservation' march from Mandi House to Parliament against the SC's February 7 decision.
- At the rally, he said, "States are not bound to give reservation in appointments and quota is not a fundamental right in the promotion."
