Chandrashekhar Azad, the Bhim Army Chief, has been taking part in several movements against the CAA and NRC.
Azad was going to perform on 21st February at Azad Maidan in Mumbai.
But Mumbai Police has refused to allow Azad to protest, citing law and order.
On Sunday, Chandrasekhar led a 'Save Reservation' march from Mandi House to Parliament against the SC's February 7 decision.
At the rally, he said, "States are not bound to give reservation in appointments and quota is not a fundamental right in the promotion."
