Transport Minister strict on Wrong Challans

Amid reports that people in Odisha are facing numerous problems after being issued wrong challans.
Padmanabha Behera on Friday said the money will be refunded in such cases.
Those who are violating traffic rules and escaping without paying penalties will be identified through CCTV cameras installed at various traffic junctions.
Based on the CCTV camera footage, challans will be issued against the violators, Behera said.
It should not happen. If there is any such instance of mistakes, the money will certainly be refunded to the people, the minister said.
