Transport Minister strict on Wrong Challans
- Amid reports that people in Odisha are facing numerous problems after being issued wrong challans.
- Padmanabha Behera on Friday said the money will be refunded in such cases.
- Those who are violating traffic rules and escaping without paying penalties will be identified through CCTV cameras installed at various traffic junctions.
- Based on the CCTV camera footage, challans will be issued against the violators, Behera said.
- It should not happen. If there is any such instance of mistakes, the money will certainly be refunded to the people, the minister said.
