248 Candidates Filed Nomination for Karnataka Bypolls
- As many as 248 candidates which include 128 independent candidates are ready to contest for the 15 assembly by-elections in Karnataka.
- According to a poll official, "The 248 candidates have filed 353 nominations by Nov 18 evening, which was the last date for submitting the papers."
- The officials will scrutinize the nominations on Nov 19th the last date of withdrawal is November 21.
