WB governor Jagdeep Dhankharsaid he is "not at war" with the state government and that his objective is to serve the people.
The governor who is at loggerheads with the government also said, that universities in the state aren't working properly.
He said, "As chancellor, what we see is that we don't allow universities to function as they are supposed to."
