PM Modi: it's because of army, govt. take big decisions

Prime Minister Narendra Modi made an attack on Pakistan, while he was celebrating the Diwali with army jawans posted in Rajori district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Prime Minister said, "They managed to capture some part of it, they have occupied it illegally - it still stings us."
PM praised soldiers for their efforts while preventing the Pak attack over Jammu and Kashmir to takeover.
This was PM’s first visit in the valley after the abrogation of article 370.

Talking about his government move on Article 370, PM Modi said, "the soldiers' courage had enabled the centre to take certain decisions."
