Congress and JD(S) to Fight Alone in the By-Polls

  • Congress and JD(S) have decided not to ally for the upcoming by-polls in the state.
     
  • The opposition leader Siddaramaiah and former CM Kumaraswamy have hinted at seeking a fresh mandate if any of the parties gets a majority.
     
  • Kumaraswamy however, said that he doubts the December elections will happen as the election commission is controlled by the union government.

  • Let us tell you that the JD(S) is looking to overthrow the government and force a mid-term election to get a complete mandate.
