
Kerala bypolls: Polling going well in four constituencies
- Despite heavy rains, polling is progressing well in four constituencies in Kerala on Monday except in Ernakulam.
- The continuous rain in Ernakulam district has adversely affected the voter turnout in the constituency.
- Konni constituency witnessed the highest voter turnout among the five constituencies (58 percent) until 3.30 pm.
- The Chief Election Commissioner Teeka Ram Meena said he is closely monitoring the situation in Ernakulam.
- He also marked that the by-elections cannot be postponed on the basis of the present situation.
