Mamata Banerjee Meets Nobel Winner Abhijit Banerjee's Mother

CM Mamata Banerjee visited the residence of Nobel prize winner Abhijit Vinayak Banerjee and spoke to his mother and other relatives.
She was welcomed by the Nobel winner's mother Nirmala, also an economist of repute.
The Chief Minister was accompanied by Home Secretary Alapan Bandopadhyay and State minister Indranil Sen.

Let us tell you Banerjee, an Indian-American jointly bagged the prestigious award along with his wife Esther Duflo and economist Michael Kremer.
