- In reference against Shanimol Usman, G. Sudhakaran said,“Aroor was not a constituency for ‘Putanas’ to win.”
- The minister also alleged that the UDF was trying to secure victory using crocodile tears and lies.
- G. Sudhakaran wondered how Shanimol Usman, who says that no development is taking place in Aroor, will bring development to the constituency.
- He added that Aroor needed another MLA from the Left Democratic Front (LDF).
