BJP Doesn't Understand the Principles of Gandhi: WB Congress president Somen Mitra

West Bengal Congress president Somen Mitra attacked the BJP-led government at the Center.
He said that those who do not understand the principles of Gandhi, talk of NRC and are driving Muslims out of the country.
The BJP immediately retaliated, saying that the Father of the Nation was not the personal property of the Congress.

Mitra said that TMC and BJP did not understand the principles of Mahatma Gandhi.
He also said BJP should stop pretending to honor Gandhiji and his struggle.
