Delhi Govt to Distribute Over 40 Lakhs Masks to Student
- To combat the growing pollution levels in Delhi the Delhi government has decided to distribute over 40 lakh masks to govt school students and their parents.
- According to sources, the govt will also give them to people who are exposed to the polluted air.
- The move is expected to roll out before Diwali when the air tends to fall into 'very poor' and 'severe' categories.

- A govt official said that they are going to procure about 50-60 Lakh best quality 'N-95' anti-pollution masks.
- The distribution of masks is one among the seven-point action plan made by chief minister Arvind Kejriwal to combat air pollution this winter.
