I wrote an Article in the Nagaland Post on the best option to change the Naga mindset is to neuter every violent organization in the State by declaring them “Terrorist Organization”.
Now, “Any Organization, big or small, armed or unarmed, political or apolitical, religious or non-religious that uses Violence or Threats to achieve its End is of a sort “Terrorist Organization”.
My idea was for the Government of Nagaland to decide for a mindset of bullet for bullet, Law for Arms, Justice for Violence and Jail for Threats of any kind. This will facilitate the Government creation of peace, law and order and good sense to prevail in our land. 
Such an action by the Government would turn all violent Organizations in the State into harmless Gender and make them Mother of all Peace on earth in just one term of the government.
The Naga is often ignorantly self-willed but is naively an obedient creature and soon, Lions will turn into harmless Sheep, Spears into useful Walking Stick for the infirm and the Violent will turn into ceaseless Prayer Group organizations.
