To manage heavy traffic during the Char Dham yatra, state police have identified 63 holding areas along the yatra route to provide lodging and food facilities for devotees in case of traffic diversion or congestion, said P Renuka Devi, deputy inspector general (DIG) of law & order and nodal officer for managing Char Dham traffic
