- Yogi said that SP chief Akhilesh Yadav made Azamgarh "a stronghold of criminals" during his tenure.
- Yogi's remarks came at the inauguration of 37 developmental projects worth ₹ 122.43 crores in Azamgarh today.
- Yogi said, "Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar had said that his ideals in the Constitution are Freedom, Equality, and Amity."
- "The Constitution has always withstood the tests of times and kept India united from North to South and East to West", he added.
