Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi addressed a rally in Moradabad city of UP.
During this, she said, "Congress will contest elections on basis of development. Will provide 20 lakh jobs."
"Manufacturing hub will open in every district. PM didn't pay any respect to farmers who died in agitation against farm laws", she added.
Priyanka said, "It will take only Rs 4,000 Cr for clearing all dues of sugar cane farmers. PM Modi bought private aircraft in Rs 8,000 Cr last year during COVID 19."
"Centre is paying Rs 20,000 Cr for beautification of Parliament but doesn't have money to clear your dues", she added.
