- But, the opposition members did the reverse. They raised slogans of 'Jai Kisan'.
- Amid uproar, the Lok Sabha later passed the Agricultural Laws Withdrawal Bill, 2021.
- The opposition members were demanding discussion on the draft law and the issue of farmers.
