'We want the MSP law for the farmers'- Shashi Tharoor targets Modi govt
- Congress leader Shashi Tharoor has opposed the passage of the bill without discussion.
- This came after the Lok Sabha passed the bill withdrawing all 3 farm laws during the winter session.
- Tharoor said, "The govt has done wrong, before that the bill brought to repeal the law was discussed in the Lok Sabha."
- He added, "We want the MSP law for the farmers, the families of the farmers who died during the agitation."
- "We wanted to raise issues like compensation in Parliament, but the government did not give us a chance. It has gone very wrong", he said.
