The court has issued summons against former Union Minister P Chidambaram and his son MP Karti Chidambaram.
The summon has been issued taking cognizance of the allegations filed in the Aircel-Maxis case.
Special Judge of Rouse Avenue Court MK Nagpal has asked them to appear on December 20.
The judge said that the CBI and ED had filed the charge sheets on corruption and money laundering, respectively.
It added that these charge sheets are sufficient grounds for issuing summons against all the accused in the case.
