Civil Aviation Ministry to resume international flights in India from December 15

  • The Civil Aviation Ministry has today said that the international flights in India will be resumed from December 15.
  • An order from the Aviation Ministry stated that the matter was discussed with MEA and the Ministry of Health.
  • Letting you know, the international flights were suspended last year in March due to the COVID 19 scare.
  • The repatriation services and flights carrying essential goods were not suspended.
  • This decision came after a new variant of the coronavirus - the B.1.1.529 strain was first detected in South Africa.
