Param Bir Singh seeks protection, SC said- 'You have not joined any investigation and...'
- Former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh has filed a petition in the Supreme Court.
- But, the top court said that he will not get protection at present unless it is told where he is.
- The court asked, "Are you in the country Are you out of the country?" Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul said, "You have not joined any investigation and you are seeking a protection order."
- He added, "Our suspicion may be wrong but if you are somewhere abroad and waiting for SC order then how can we give it?"
