In the case of excessive pollution in the Delhi and NCR region, the Centre has opposed the decision to 'work from home' for the employees.
It said that the work has already been affected due to Covid and 'work from home' will not help much.
The central govt has filed an affidavit in this regard in the top court and has issued an advisory to its employees to pool the car.
Letting you know, the Supreme Court had asked the Centre to consider the WFH for the employees in the last hearing.
The Centre, in this regard, had said that they have also considered the possibility of working under the online mode i.e. "WFH".
