Two women journalists arrested by Tripura police over posts on social media
- Two women journalists have been arrested today by Tripura police.
- Police said that journalists posted on social media that a mosque was burnt in the Gomati district.
- The journalists also posted that a copy of the Quran was damaged.
- Samriddhi Sakunia and Swarna Jha of HW News Network, were named in an FIR.
- Tripura police suspect that the videos uploaded by them are doctored.
