Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi has said in Bulandshahr that Congress will not tie-up with any party in the UP elections.
Priyanka said this while interacting with 7400 office bearers of 14 districts of 3 mandals in Bulandshahr.
The interaction was kept on the occasion of Jawaharlal Nehru's birth anniversary.
