Punjab- Scuffle breaks out between CM Channi and Akali Dal, house adjourned
- On the second day of the special session of the Punjab Legislative assembly, there was a tremendous uproar in the house.
- The disorder was massive that a scuffle also broke out. This came after CM Channi told Bikram Singh Majithia that his romance is related to dirt.
- Channi said that he has been involved in the drug business. On this, the members of Akali Dal got furious and reached in front of the Chief Minister's chair.
- After this, the Speaker had to adjourn the proceedings of the House. Congress leaders stood as a shield in front of Channi and started a debate.
- The debate between the Akali Dal and Congress members continued even after the House was adjourned.
