- Controversy queen Kangana Ranaut has once again given a provocative statement at Times Now Summit 2021.
- Kangana said, "If freedom is found in begging, can it be freedom? Savarkar, Rani Laxmibai,... knew that blood will flow but also remember that Hindustani-Hindustani should not shed blood."
- Reacting to this, Varun Gandhi tweeted, "Sometimes an insult to the sacrifice and penance of Mahatma Gandhi, sometimes the respect of his killer."
