'Defamation suit against me should be dismissed'- Nawab Malik to Bombay HC

- In his reply, Nawab said that defamation suit should be dismissed as it is not maintainable.
- He added that the plaintiff has not provided any evidence in support of his allegations.
- Regarding his statements, he said, "I have said that whatever I said was based on documents and evidence."
