Residential candidate of Haryana can now get a job under the employment law
- In view of the unemployment situation in Haryana, a local candidate who is eligible for the job will get a benefit of 75% share in the jobs under the Employment Act.
- Any person who has been residing in Haryana for 5 years and can get a domicile certificate of Haryana, will be considered eligible for the job under this act.
- Under this act, companies will have to give 75% of the total employment to the youth of Haryana, but they have the freedom that if they want, they can employ eligible youth up to the limit of 10% in any district.
- Dushyant Chautala said in the press meeting, "We have held many high-level meetings to coordinate with many industry associations and organizations working with them and then passed this act."
- To adopt this act as soon as possible, all the companies, industries have to submit all their information on the HUM portal by 15th January 2022.
