Punjab announces massive cut in petrol, diesel, CM said- 'not happened before in the last 70 years'
- Punjab govt has made a great announcement in the prices of petrol and diesel ahead of the 2022 assembly elections.
- Now, the price of petrol has been reduced by Rs 10 and diesel by Rs 5 in Punjab.
- Announcing this, CM Charanjit Singh Channi said that this has not happened before in the last 70 years.
- The CM said that Petrol is now Rs 9 less in Punjab as compared to Delhi.
- He further added, "Petrol in Punjab has now become the cheapest in the region."
