Bombay HC sends Anil Deshmukh to judicial custody till November 12
- Bombay HC has quashed a special court's order sending former Maharashtra HM Anil Deshmukh to judicial custody.
- The High Court has granted him bail till November 12 in a money laundering case.
- The ED had arrested Deshmukh after 12 hours of interrogation on November 1 in the money laundering case.
- He was produced in the court on November 2 where he was sent to ED remand till November 6.
- In this case, CBI had arrested middle man Santosh Shankar Jagtap from Thane.
