Congress General Secretary Randeep Surjewala has described the Haryana government as a looter.
He tweeted, "Watch the game of Lootjeevi Khattar-Dushyant Jodi. On the pretext of reducing the excise rate, VAT on petrol in Haryana was reduced by ₹ 1.12 paise and increased by ₹ 1.78 on diesel in Haryana."
Surjewala added, "Modi Ji and Khattar-Dushyant Chautala duo are doing fraud every day in the name of Excise-GST."
