The District administration in Gurugram has withdrawn permission to offer 'Namaz' at 8 out of 37 designated places.
An official statement read that this permission has been cancelled after the objection of the local people and the RWA.
The 8 places include Bengali Basti in Sector 49, V Block of DLF Phase-3, Surat Nagar Phase-1, outskirts of Kherki Majra village, Daulatabad village near Dwarka ExMpressway.
The outskirts, Sector 68 includes the location near Ramgarh village, near DLF Square Tower and from Rampur village to Nakhrola Road.
This decision came after the people in Gurugram protested against the namaz at open places.
